2023 Municipal Election

The Town of New Windsor will hold a municipal election on Tuesday, May 9^th, 2023.   Voting will take place in the Meeting Room at 209 High Street, (Town Hall) from 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.  There are three (3) Council seats available for this election. Nomination forms are available at Town Hall or under the documents section of this website.

Nominations must be received and stamped by the Town Office before 3:00 pm on Monday, April 10^th, 2023.

Voter registrations, for this election, must be received to the Carroll County Board of Elections office before the close of business on Monday, April 3^rd, 2023. Forms are available at the New Windsor Town Office.
