What qualifications are needed to run for Mayor?

The Mayor must have resided in the Town for at least two years immediately preceding the election and must be a qualified voter of the Town.

What qualifications are needed to run for Town Council?

A Council member must have resided in the Town for at least two years immediately preceding the election and shall be qualified voters of the Town. They shall maintain a permanent residence in the Town during their term of office.

The 2017 rates are as follows:

The water base rate is $127.00, in addition to $3.57 per 1000 gallons.
The sewer base rate is $79.00, in addition to $7.29 per 1000 gallons.
Add $15 for the Bay Restoration.
