The Town of New Windsor will hold a public meeting to provide a project overview to residents regarding street and sidewalk improvements being made to Blue Ridge and College Avenue. The meeting will detail project objectives, how residents will be affected, project timing and provide residents with the opportunity to ask questions.
The meeting will be held in the Community Meeting room of the Carroll County Library Administration Headquarters, 1100 Green Valley Rd., at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 18, 2018.
Efforts will be made to accommodate disabled and non-English speaking residents with 3 days’ advance notice to New Windsor Town Hall at 410-635-6575.
